I love how Harrison caught more of McNabb's passes, than loud-mouth Freddie Mitchell. (H)

I love how the Bears suck.

Anyway.... i think Philly lost the superbowl more than the patriots won it.

I dont think so.

Everybody was picking the Patriots to kill the Eagles. The fact that they kept it to three points was pretty amazing. Yea the clock management sucked but im still proud of my team.

Besides the clock management, turnovers also killed tha eagles.

Without at least half of those turnovers you will be celebrating now.... and i have to say that Owens has become one of my favorites players, because of the sacrifice he showed today, risking even his career to play in the biggest games of all.

Well done TO :rockman:

TO is incredible. I will never forget his performance tonight. Nobody respected this team. Some of you cocksuckers even picked the Vikings in the divisional playoffs :kader: And today people were saying, "How could you pick against the Pats?"
The game came down to 3 points. 3. Eagles scored more points than Manning and the Colts did against the Pats, and allowed less points than the "great" Steelers defense did against the Pats. Good run Eagles.

We need to run the ball more next year. Trade down in the draft and get Cedric Benson, because Westbrook will not win you a superbowl by himself.

Oh, and i want to hit Teddy Bruschi in the face with a baseball bat.

Which 1st round pick do you have? Benson will probably be a top 5-10 pick.

About Bruschi, I'll let you borrow my baseball bat if you want.

Well done to the Pats, I was rooting for Phily the entire match but alas they couldn't pull it off. If they'd had less turnovers then I think they could have won, but it was not to be today, so maybe next year for them?

well done pats :kader: I have to say there are one of the best teams ive seen, :( I do think the eagles can take a lot from this game though, TO was great and so were most of the other WR's, McNabb looked sharp throughout the whole match, i totally agree with Flyer than the Eagles NEED to sign another RB if they want to win a superbowl, they need a great attack on the ground not just in the air, leaving everything down to McNabb is bound to be suicide in the future.

I dont know that much about the draft picks, but if Philly could pick up a RB from there then that would be great, not that we'll have a good pick :kader:

TROD.

oh and another thing, Knight Saber, i know ive said it before but dont ever change your sig :D

This was great! Patriots kick ass. The Eagles played well despite their turnovers, but Pats were too much. Was great to see Mitchell shut-down and Harrison with two interceptions. :rockman: (H) :mrpimp:

What!!!!???

"one of the best teams I've seen"
ok, whatever...they're good
"McNabb looked sharp"
NO!!!, he made numerous errors including wide passes, virtially had no rushing yards, sacked a couple times, and actually called a huddle w/ 2 minutes left when they were down 10 points!!!!!:|

Obviously you DON'T know much about the draft:( . Brian Westbrook is the most underrated RB in the NFL, yes I said it. It looked like from the beginning he was never part of the offense and by the time they wanted to give him the ball, he started dropping passes and couldn't get passed the scrimage line on numerous rushing attempts. New RB? No, Westbrook is great...who would you draft anyways w/ a late 1st round pick:confused:

Sorry TROD, didn't mean any b!tchiness from my part but I just had to dissagree.

Someone needs to give the eagles a lesson in time manegament, really. Havent they heard of somethin called "hurry-up offense." I just hate to see the fuccin patriots win it again, i truly detest them.

yeah you did, wanker. Like i say i admitted i dont know much about the draft picks, yet i know a lot more about everything else, dont start abusing my inteligence Ronnifan :)

Westbroook's yards this season are less than most good RB's, but, before you get on your high horse i obviously know thats because Philly dont use the running game as much as other teams, yet, i still feel that Westbrook is not given the ball as much BECAUSE he cannot be totally trusted with the football, if Westbrook is as good as you say he is, the Philly rushing game would be far far far better

wtf?!?!?! the pats are a dynasty!! Definatley the best team ever in the history of football, since competitive balance is the rage of all the NFL.

IT was a great game, all my friend were going crazy and we took lots of funny pictures of them jumping around, one guy broke my friends couch, it was pretty funny.

Eagles had a great season and played a great game, unfortunately it was not enough.

I'd like to hit Bruschi and Harrison right in the kisser, that'd feel real good.

have to agree with what Lock says, Pats WILL go down in history for this, whether you like it or not

Westbrook is definitely good but he's more of a receiving type back, not the type of back that can carry the ball 25-30 times a game. Cadillac Williams or Ronnie Brown might still be around by the time Philly gets to choose.

Cadillac and Brown will be gone...but you never know. The same thing was being said about Dallas drafting Stephen Carlos*son and look what happened, he fell all the way into St. Lois and they snatched him. Philly can only hope for a mistake like this if they want to get Cadillac or Brown. Besides them what about Anthony Davis? or 5'7-170 pounder Darren Sproles(H)

the eagles dont need to draft RB in the draft, that would be worse than there 2 minute offence

westbrook is an everydown back(well except goalline) not just a 3rd down back, especially in the eagles offensive system. sure he can only carry the ball 16-20 times a game but he still puts up numbers near 100 yards. correll buckhalter was supposed to be the starter, remember. but his knees terrible, putting the eagles into a position where he can be a spell back for westbrook.

and i completely disagree with how the eagles ran the ball, they played right into the strength of the pat defence. by trying to run the ball off tackle and sideline to sideline, your giving the pats playmakers in mcginest, vrabel and colvin a chance to make big plays which they consistently did. the pats run defence has shown weakness as apposed to previous years, you gotta run north south right at them but props to the pats d who played the run amazingly.

but taking nothing away from the pats(the dynasty). they deserved the game more than eagles. they played another masterpiece under belicheck. brady was efficient and made no mistakes(except for not pulling the ball away from the PA) and with his poise led the offence with dillon downfield to score 17 2nd half points. the defence played bend but dont break and losing eugene wilson(again in the SB) cost them a late TD and do what they do all year, create turnovers.

mcnabb just wasnt on his game as he has played throughout the playoffs. he seemed jumpy, but watching him play against a d like the pats was amazing. he would go through every receiver and finally have to through it to his checkdown. that bruschi pick angered me, completely overthrew westbrook but what can you do. as previously said, he needs to improve on his 2 min drill

finally, i tip my cap to the imcomprable Terrell Owens, defied the odds by just suitin up. no one can forget his memorable game, he keeps adding to his mystique, a true legend...for more than one reason
