I watched the trailer, if you can even call it that. It looks as if it was one of those BET originals. In other words, it's beyond awful.

"So you're looking possibly as an H-Back. But you don't see a whole lot of H-Backs in the NFL anymore. But a guy that could maybe run the ball a little bit as well as jump in the slot and run some routes."

Rugby, especially being a forward, you're pretty much an offensive-minded guy.
i) Backs are the offensive guys in Rugby Union and Rugby League, generally.
ii) Hayne plays Rugby League - which is not usually referred to as Rugby.
iii) Hayne was a back (a fullback in fact) :)

That quote isn't from an Aussie, it's from the guy training him.
Yeah I realised that. Clearly not an Aussie because of the mistakes he made regarding Rugby :p

What are you pointing out, in relation to the quote?

Will be an interesting next few months in any case! Hope he at least makes the squad to get a run in some Special Teams. That might mean in years following he might eventually get some time as a running back?

I'm pointing out that he said the exact same thing I did even in regard to playing H Back.

Ah ok. I thought that may have been the case, but was busy at work so didn't want to check back.

Chip Kelly better be some sort of genius, he has every Eagle fan infuriated.

Who in their right mind releases Trent Cole and trades Lesean McCoy in the same
offseason.

I understand the money side of the business but DAMN, our best offensive and
defensive player as well as Brandon Graham, Todd Herremans, Carey Williams.

I hope the Chargers go after someone good in free agency. A DT, or an OLB preferably.

I think we'll use the Draft to fix the O-line/D-line problems and draft a RB and/or a WR.

I read Melvin Gordon/Gurley going 17th to the Chargers, but that was like 1 out of every 10 mock drafts. The Chargers should draft a big O-lineman in the 1st round, and they maybe a surprise pick in the 2nd round by taking a RB...we'll see.

Who'd you guys want in the draft for your teams?

Don't care. Ted Thompson always takes guys I've never heard of and they always end up being great, so I really stopped having an opinion on who we should draft years ago. CB, MLB I guess, but whatever.

Pats need a running back, and OLinemen, a defensive tackle and a linebacker. Couldn't tell you names since I don't follow college ball like I used to, and then the top players are hit or miss in the pros. I'm sure Belichick will draft at least one player from Rutgers and Alabama, though. And I'll be surprised if he doesn't trade out of the first round.

Anyone know of another good draft analysis video guy like Brett Kollmann? I've watched his entire series today and it's really good, but I can't find anyone else with a good eye for analysis.

Just don't want 49ers to draft a running back or someone who might compete as a kick returner :p

The 49ers are going to be 2-14 next season, so who they draft probably doesn't make much of a difference. In addition, Carlos Hyde and Reggie Bush are going to make it awfully hard for Hayne to get on the field.

Yeah, I knew that signing Bush (with Hyde already there as backup) wasn't good news for him getting game time as a running back. Could still make it as a kick/punt returner though? Who knows, he would certainly offer a different skillset than an out and out running back and apparently has impressed so far.

He'll at least make the practice squad.
That's actually one of the first times I've heard an American say that. At least so black and white.

I hope you're right, the more time he gets the better his chances will be to eventually make it I think. Practice squad this year, then special teams and further down the track who knows.
