Was it another player but DOS SANTOS, that wasn't a penalty. And if there was penalty, it still wasn't, because the foul started before in enter the area. And he dived again later. He may be good, but wtv..
We aren't even deserving to lose imo. Mexico just use their counter. We may lose this match, but if Portugal face Mexico once again in this cup, I am sure we will win. Lucky once, not lucky twice.

we were as good as Mexico tonight except for the goals' chapter, the game was very even in the first half but then the ref ****ed us with that bullsh't call.
from then on, there were about the same amount of goal chances for each side.
oh well, now we have to beat Gambia which shouldn't be too hard...
btw what a goal by Guedes it would have been, the bicycle one

I think the penalty call was pretty iffy. He did get tugged down. But it wasn't as blatant as other calls, and you could even argue that the call should've been outside the box. But the call where Gio got a yellow card was not a dive, there was contact. The ref was probably trying to compensate for the previous call, I guess.
Overall it was a physical game, and the ref sucked. He handed out some stupid yellow cards, and overlooked some pretty easy calls. Portugal played really well, they just play-act and complain way too much. Besides the fact that the game kept being stopped just about every other minute due to the fouls, it was a good game. Can't argue that both teams gave it their all.

5 yellow cards for Mexico, i think the last game is going to be played with substitutes.
Portugal played very good, but Mexico showed a good defence, and i agree that portuguese players tend to dive in this U-20 adn the referee bought them all, and he missed alot fo calls that cut good offensive plays by MExico, so yeah i think the ref was ****.

Again, Mexico shows how composed and smart a side they are. They know how to take their chances and wear teams down. You guys are right, Pele was **** today, one day wonder.
I wouldn't say Gambia would be easy. They are an exciting side that plays hard, although I think Portugal is too smart to lose to them. But still, who knows? Coentrao is suspended for that game also, I believe.

they got one good chance near the end but seriusly the way they were playing they didnt do deserve to win/draw anyway... btw whats with all the empty seats these games should be sold out several days in advance espcially for the home country :s
