can u give an example of how they make their own words for western words, as compared to South Korean, like in Hangul, roman characters (4pronounciation) and the English word?
Also, Why was Korea Divided, when it was Japan who fought the WWII against the Allies?
Edit: Scorpions, can u re-post th 5 Juche ideas?
North Koreans make their own words for everything. They have their own soccer terms, whereas in South, foreign words have become part of the language.
Korea was divided because after WWII rule by the Japanese, the Soviets and the Americans were disputing the land they had authority in (such as Poland, which became under the influence of the Soviets) and Korea was one of them. They managed to divide it in half on the 38th parallel.
The Juche theory now.. The term Juche means united. I have no idea why the hell anyone would want this. It is just a logic/principle. It is just a state of being there, and using that in an attempt of mass propaganda. Basically, it's a trash that won't help anyone in the North. Yeah sure the famine is over. But all the available food are either expansive, or they go to the military. As I said before, the military confiscated the rice bags for their military goods, and it seems that they really love the American wrap that has been used to pack those rice; good use I hear.
One of the funny thing is that there are people like Scorpion who support this logic. They work as spies in the South, but they basically had NO CONTACT with the North whatsoever; in a layman's term, they were just utopians.
Have you heard of Professor Hwang? He was up there with Kim Young Nam and all those big time leaders. He ran to South a while ago; check some things about him. You'll be surprised, and tell me what you think and stop dodging my explaining of the people that escape the North,
Scorpion, I appreciate your effort of supporting North Korea. But it's more than just those theories and actions in history; it is much more than that.
