I don't see a UCL tournament in the Netherlands.
The Tournament Manager only has FIFA World Cup Qatar 22 version

Yes that is right we should be patient I think hbz is prepare the final release of the mod include that new stadium pack

I would like to inform you all at SoccerGaming that I have reached a decision to conclude my involvement in the modding community for FIFA. Having dedicated numerous years to modding various games, I find myself at a stage in life where multiple responsibilities necessitate my retirement from this pursuit. While bidding farewell to this endeavor has proven challenging, I wish to clarify that I will not vanish entirely at this time. I still have a few pending tasks that I intend to complete, ensuring that the FIFA 14 community does not face total abandonment. Everything promised will be delivered. However, I must express that engaging in any significant future modding releases past this season does not appear to be part of my forthcoming trajectory.
