Of the teams that will stay on the first division, Quilmes has the worst average for the next season. The bottom 4 of the average table will not have any changes regardless the scores of the last matchday.
The victory of San Lorenzo makes complicated the goal of Independiente of qualifying the Libertadores, a point in the final vs. Banfield could be crucial.
Once again River receives a goal on the last minute, however they were already losing against Racing. The last time Boca became champion at Independiente's stadium(match that Independiente won 4-1) the same day Racing won over River too(Racing won 3-2 there), which is odd when you think about it because River has an adventage of over 45 matches won against Racing, in the River-Racing history.
If Racing wins their last match thwy would've won 5 matches in a row and they couldn't do that since the season 87/88 where, ironically, the champion was Independiente.
You may have noticed that after the Pezzotta's incident referees now are using those headphones like in the champions league, however this doesn't seem to work properly yet, some said that it is useless, it didn't show to be useful at all, for example once again Pezzotta making up a foul to disallow a goal because he didn't see the lineman, and also some used it for a half then took it away for the second half because they found it annoying and not working properly. At any rate this thing was going to be used since the next season.
About Independiente's matches, first against Olimpo well about time it happens otherwise than most of the matches, the other team made a lot of chances but in some few Independiente scored 2 goals, however this match turned dirty after the ******* Pezzotta screwed up showing yellow card for Agüero for a challenge that wasn't even a foul, so when he noticed his mistake started to be harsh with Olimpo players, showing 2 red cards to Olimpo 2 minutes later from nowhere, then the argueable red card to Roa(which should have been yellow), such thing ruined the effort and good intentions to play of the players from both teams, in a match that could have been way better.
On Boca's match, well it's interesting how no one talked about how did Independiente play but only to blame Ustari for the first goal of Boca, some say that without Agüero playing against Independiente was like nothing, but then again with Agüero or wihout Agüero Independiente still has the same deffect from other matches making many goal chances but not scoring any goal, no one even mentioned that Ojeda, who is a 19 year old that is the 8th forward of Independiente, had an easy time with that overrated and overhyped "cata" Diaz that most of the media always gloats that he should go into the national team.:funny: Get serious. Neither that Machín completely owned in the left. More likely Independiente's plan was thrown down with Caceres injury.
Now i got a small rant, who the heck does Boca think they are? They were pretending this match to be played at Racing's stadium because Independiente would give Boca only 3,000 tickets(Independiente actually could have given 20,000 tickets), when on the Apertura Boca did the same to Independiente and also had chances to get the championship. and actually Boca does the same to all the other teams. So why does Boca need special treatment by the COPROSEDE? Then after campaigns from Independiente's supporters for the match not to be played or that if it was going to be played at Racing's stadium then no supporters should go, also Comparada declarations against Boca and then Macri answering. After all Comparada offered Boca 4,000 tickets and that if they wanted 10,000 Independiente would keep all the income from them, which is what happened after all.
On Independiente these loans will finish with the season, Lorgio Alvarez, Cesar Pereyra, Lucas Biglia, Fernando Caceres, Marcelo Méndez, Martín Pautasso and Esteban Bujan. Of these Alvarez is confirmed to stay, Biglia more likely will too, and to be confirmed Caceres' situation. But also some players would return to Independiente due loans finishing, like Pusineri, Lorefice, Losada, Melnicchuk, and others.
