PES4 is well into development at Konami, and will have been for months now. I find no reason, apart from the timing of this article (Aprils fools etc), to see this as being a total fake. The game is only about 7-8 months away - you think details are not going to leak out between now and then? Konami don't do big announcements and hype everything up into a big deal - they leave this to magazines like the one this article is in. It's exactly in articles like this that news of the game will be released.

Being the first article with such 'hot news', they may have taken some liberties and it might not be 100% accurate, but if everyone is intent on calling every bit of news fake without official Konami confirmation, that you'd better ignore all info about the game until it's in your hands come October/November this year, as Konami won't be saying much. They never do. Certainly not till the last minute anyway.
