I played a 20 min half and there was 6 fouls in the whole thing counting both teams...not much. Learn how the new tackle system works... Some people never will I can tell.

Players faces have much more poligons than in PES4, boots are fantastic, and 3D crowd has more variety than WE9 one

best part i've seen so far, haven't read the whole thread, but it was when there was a bad foul not called, then once the ball went out of play; the referee gave the player who commited the foul a yellow card. that was very cool.

This is by far the best of the series. This is the greatest football game ever made. I really like all the changes. It runs like hot butter on my puter. Blows FIFA 2006 out of the water.

Anyway, this shoulder to shoulder thing that everyone complains about is actually one of my favorite things. I found away around it. I simply go for the ball not the player. It really punishes you for stupid tackles.

Why are you trying to convince everyone that the game sucks?
It's the impression topic, everyone has own.
Althought majority says the game is better than any other, you still claim than FIFA and any other PES is better.
Just let us enjoy it, if you don't like it, don't play it...

i think the pace is alright...com dun go close you down at your own half all the time..so you can pass at the back without pressure.. they also pass a lot..making me frustrated... the fouls are ok..some very realistic foul like pushing, tripping, blocking players off the ball.. and have you notice that some players after sometime have shirts tuck out....that's what i call realism..

You must learn how to defend, im not joking or trying to make a fool of you!. Im talking serious, because i only get 1 or 2 fouls called a match.
I am assuming you are holding R1 and [] + X all the time, dont do that, but time your tackles.
The fouling system of pes5 is the most realistic so far!

Heheh, I just had a goal called offside in the middle of the celebration. Pires was dancing around and then he was shocked when he saw the linesman. Pretty cool.
