I asked some family friends in Piatra Neamt to get 6 of them but they say it's a bit late now. I'll try and check some sites.
Then again, I really don't know how much big their football knowledge is.

In Bulgaria there will be a broadcast of Ned-Rom game, on the channel called "TV7" .. It's a cable one, but it is also boradcasted on satellite, so it can be seen from anywhere if u got a satelite dish.. I personally don't have any dish, but i will watch it on cable. I'm sure that if the signal is storng it can be caught from southern Romania.

Victor Piturca is a Steaua legend. He scored 165 goals in 175 appearances for the club including a very famous double against Anderlecht in the 2nd leg of the 1986 European Cup semifinal (when Steaua got to the final and won it all).

Huntelaar was a non-factor in the first half.

We're allowing Holland to dominate possesion but it looks like that was the mind-set going in, let them dominate possesion but get out on counters (two of which we almost scored on).

Mutu needs to see more of the ball in the second half, he is very dangerous when he has it.

Netherlands - Romania 0-0 FT

good result, not many teams are able to go into Rotterdam/Amsterdam and get points. I'm proud of the boys, they played their hearts out tonight and did all they could. Netherlands was the better side overall but I don't think they played well enough to deserve the victory.

Risky ass tactic by Piturca. No pressing whatsoever, we let them play the ball almost every time. However, I can't complain, as we achieved what we wanted. Goian was awesome tonight!! ROMANIA!!

It was a nice game.. we played good today... with a little luck we could have won the game. We have a nice couple of CB's ,Tamas-Goian . Let's hope we will win against Luxemburg and against Bulgaria at Sofia.

Great job by both teams in defense. draw is fair result. this gonna be very interesting race, because we are 3 points ahead, but we played one game more than you and bulgaria. very important game on wednesday against slovenia..

Tactical match.... Romania has a very good defence: Contra-Tamas-Goian-Rat all played great, Mutu proved he is a class player and it's very hard to take the ball from him. The result is fair...waiting for the match with Luxembourg.

TVRi are once again not showing the match , I'll have to find a stream again (and hopefully it won't stop working in the 77th minute like it did in the Netherlands match )

Apparently Piturca is looking to start four new guys tomorrow. I don't know if I'm that confident in our roster but I trust Piturca, so far he has made great decisions at the helm of the NT.

PS: by the way, it is important that we try to build up goal differential in this match. right now the top 3 teams are at 7-2 (Holland), 7-3 (Bulgaria and we're at 7-3 as well. This is our chance to spit away from that tight group as I feel that Luxembourg is the weakest out of all the teams in the group and probably the most vulnerable to get scored on (even though Bulgaria struggled with them).

Can't wait to see what the atmosphere will be like in that nice 12,500 seat stadium they have in Piatra-Neamţ

Selecţionerul Victor Piţurcă se află în faţa meciului cu numărul 39 pe banca tehnică a echipei naţionalei de fotbal, care va avea loc miercuri, la Piatra Neamţ, cu Luxemburgul, în preliminariile EURO 2008.

În cele 38 de partide conduse de Piţurcă, în două mandate, România a obţinut 23 de victorii, 10 egaluri şi a pierdut de 5 ori, având un 65-22 79 puncte , dintre care acasă au fost 17 meciuri, 12 victorii, 3 egaluri, 2 eşecuri, golaveraj 36-8, în deplasare s-au desfăşurat partide, 8 victorii, 4 remize, 1 eşec, golaveraj 19-7, iar pe teren neutru s-au jucat 8 partide, încheiate cu 3 victorii, 3 egaluri, 2 înfrângeri, golaveraj 10-7.

În meciuri oficiale, din 21 de întâlniri, 14 au fost victorii, 5 egaluri, 2 eşecuri, golaveraj 40-11, iar acasă, din 11 meciuri, 7 victorii, 3 egaluri, un eşec, golaveraj 26-6.

People can say whatever they want about him but the man just gets the results. I am of the belief that had he been our manager the entire qualifying campaign for WC 2006 we would of qualified or at least finished 2nd in the group. No Piturca team would of drawn Armenia

I trust him 100% right now even though I feel that players like Ogararu, Vlad Munteanu and Sergiu Radu deserve to be called up.
