Shifty*i Messes Around at FM

I'm sure no one who looks at this thread gives a **** about the Mexican league, but Chivas has soooo many amazing players in the game it's impossible to ignore.

I kinda hate Chivas for interfering with the HORRIBLE MLS, but the youth team is amazing, and if you play FM in Europe, you should send a scout to them.

ANYWAY... I'm drunk. Fierro broke his ******* leg :(

Actually required a win/draw on the last match day away at Spurs.

Into February now, and really struggling with injuries.

Ahhh ****, game crashed and I didn't save after the last match day. Now I have to play this ******* game over and over again to get the points right at the top of the table.

EDIT: ehhh, or close enough. whatever.

EDIT2: Not really Huntelaar too much. He has 11 goals and 7 assists in the league. Although I suppose that's nearly 50% of all their goals.

Crazy

Diego Alves had 11 saves for Valencia in the second leg. Almost like he was holding out for the inevitable winner at the other end, but it didn't happen. Harvard Nordveit playing as a Sweeper for the last 15 minutes to keep the clean sheet, as he did in the Euro League Final a few years ago against Manchester United.

The Final is against Barcelona at Ibrox. Monchengladbach has been in only 1 previous final, losing 3-1 to Liverpool at the Stadio Olympico in Rome in 1977.

Barcelona have won the competition 5 times.

Hmmm. Don't suppose this means I could get a sugar daddy.

More important, Schalke completely collapse at the end of the year and we stroll to the title

In his first season with the club. First season in Germany. First season as a starter in Europe. Age 19. In 23 appearances. Injured for the CL Final of course.

Fate was on our side. The starters:

28 minutes into the game, the breakthrough!

1-0 Gladbach! Do you believe in miracles?! It would stay that way until the 67th minute when Dani Alves takes Adem Ljalic down from behind... for his second yellow card!! Barcelona are down to 10 men!

With 12 minutes left, Gladbach pulled back to protect the 1 goal lead:

And did it work?

Cool because he was on the Bayern 2001 team, also I think went to Barca. It also sounds a little insulting.

But the best part...

That's right bitches, average age of 22! Dynasty!

Couple of early transfers

Poor Fleck was our record signing only 2 years ago, now it's hard to see a role for him at the club other than backup for Reus.

The top guy was a free transfer, not 6 million.

Couple more. I think I went a little overboard on transfers this summer, but it's okay. As I said in my drunk post, Mexico is waaaaaay too good. These guys are #4 and #5 on the team. Not to mention that I missed out on Cubo and the best Mexican player is actually a 21 year old at Napoli.

Brilliant stuff.

Mexico do seem to produce great talent, I just signed a 15 year old with the potential to be better than Terry, but he can only join in 2015.

Africa seem to produce some good talents too, although the same rule applies.
