Does anyone know how I can edit "Sir" into my manager name?

Well, since I still haven't transferred my game to the new comp, I decided to start up a new game with Fiorentina. This is the first game I have started in Italy since... I think maybe CM 00/01 when I had a long game with Parma. Anyway, I'm through with the first season:

So a respectable finish. For me there are 2 draws to Fiorentina: the first one is the youth setup which is amazing. Babacar, Camporese, Agyei, Ljalic, Jovetic, and Nastasic are all players with bright futures in front of them. The second reason is that they have the ideal squad to play a flat 4-4-2, a formation I have NEVER seriously used in any FM or CM game EVER. Not even as a downloaded tactic. When healthy, this was the first XI in my first season

I only made one purchase, and that was Davide Astori in the winter for something like 8m Euros. He is very good. Looking at the squad I'd say the biggest weakness is Behrami, followed by Boruc, and then the age of Gilardino. Gilardino's replacement is Babacar, although if I could weasel a superstar like Damiao I would do it. Boruc isn't a standout performer, but I'd still say he's one of the top 10 keepers in the league, which is pretty good in Italy, and therefore not a priority to upgrade.

Which leaves us with the Patrick Viera spot in the lineup, the #4. Candidates I'm considering for the spot (note that not all are interested, but most are realistic):

Moussa Sissoko
Javi Martinez
Kwadwo Asamoah
Armin Bacinovic
Radja Nainggolan (could double as a right mid)
Albin Ekdal
Adam Vass

Anyone with any experience with these guys? Thoughts?

Boruc isn't my cup of tea to be honest. A whiny and inconsistent player is definately out classed by Neto from Brazil. I'm thinking of trying a 2 man front but to be honest I'm going to keep the 1 striker formation from now till maybe when I'm done with my first full season at the Helm. To be honest Shifty what are the chances I had no idea you picked that Italian club to also managed. They seem very interesting and I'm tired of the whole Juve-Inter-Milan blah blah blah.....

Maybe I should give Neto a chance. I've heard of Boruc being a whiny little bitch from another person, but he was pretty good for me last year. I'm a little disappointed that Newcastle offered out Krul for 6m JUST before I got my transfer fees for the new season because I would have probably spent the money on him. Instead he's now in Russia. Neto does have better potential, so maybe I'll give him some games to see if he's up to it before buying another keeper.

Looks like I'm going to go with Nainggolan; I wanted his teammate Ekdal, but the co-ownership is proving to be too much of an issue. He seems like a real feisty player though, almost Keane-esque.

In 2016 now, and have been in charge of Spain since 2014, and Javi Martinez is my starter at B2B, and he'd do well as a BWM too. Good player in a side that's filled with stars, but he'd probably be expensive.

All I know from Nainggolan is what I've seen of him, having followed the Belgium NT because they had lots of my players, and he seemed to perform, and they won the WC. Dunno much about him personally though.

Javi Martinez is awesome.. unique player and great all-round CM. Out of that list Shifty I would have recommended Moussa, he probably has the most stars out of that list and I know he is a good player. To be honest though I haven't heard of the other players too much.

For CDMs I also look at the trident of French African Ms - Mavuba, Mbia, M'vila. In this FM I seem to have a thing for French Cms and wingers, the league is producing great talent.

Actually the only 4.5 star player on the list was Kwadwo Asamoah, but Milan dropped 21m on him and I couldn't compete with that. Martinez was similarly too expensive.

Some of his mental attributes are crap but his technical ones are amazing. He has decent speed too. I predict he has bad consistency/hidden attributes.

Oh and Nainggolan is the man.

Mental Stats increase with playing matches. Technical and Physical stats with proper training.

Moreover, I think for a fifteen-year old he has pretty solid mental stats already. Don't worry about that, I think.
