Part 6 should be working now. If everything goes allright the patch will be published within two hours. We want people to test it now and if there are no bugs we will publically release it by midnight.
About the design I will ask Ariel to do a new one for the WC 2002.

Here's my suggestion
I had the same problem and I thought I'll never play the patch. But believe me with the original or backup Fifa 2002 the patch works correctly.
Here's what I would recommend
1) rename your Fifa 2002 folder to "fifa2002 old"
2) uninstall Fifa 2002 completely (you won't lose any files since you renamed the folder first)
3) rename the Fifa 2002 folder to its original name.
4) Install Fifa 2002 again with minimum options.
5) Re-install the 3GK again if you use them. If you use FifaFX I suppose this won't do any changes in its configuration. If you use the EA update you have to install it again
6) Install the WC 2002 patch.
Now you can enable the WC 2002 patch to play this patch or disable it to play your fifa 2002 configured as it was before installing this patch.
I really hope the patch to work for everyone. If the 3GK kits worked for most PCs then I guess this patch will work on most PCs too. The TPAGES issue has been resolved I played like 5 consecutive games.
If you want to hear the national anthems of your team go to Tournaments then pick the World Cup 2002.

did you follow all the instructions? did you use the new icon in your desktop? because it worked fine for me since the first time.
I'm downloading everything again and I'll install everything again so I can see if there's any problem, so in about 20 minutes I'll have a full report about the problems
if you're downloading the files right now, don't listen to me and keep downloading the files.
I'm just checking, it worked ok the first time for me but since some people are having problems.

Can some one please list the correct url for the WC 2002 patch. socceraccess.com is too confusing. 
Too much things been covered for one site, I really don't bother looking when I am too tired.

come on!!! its not that hard, go to downloads, then to 2002(obviusly), the to leagues and finally to world cup 2002 and thats it! see, not that hard.
and to you override, I really dont know how to help you because I downloaded and installed the patch twice and I had no problems both times. so sorry, keep trying maybe it'll finally work because it should work of course
