any chance of convincing Aberdeen to throw Wednesday's game at Tynecastle?
I seriously doubt there will be any need for that.

look at it this way, Hearts have 68 points now after 36 matches BUT after 8 they had the maximum 24.
That means out of a possible 84 points from the last 28 matches they have taken only 44 points. That to me means they are by no means certain to beat Aberdeen who still have 4th place to go for and a possible UEFA Cup place, depending of course on Hearts beating Gretna in the Cup Final AND Rangers getting the 2nd CL place.

People really need to stop assuming we'll beat Aberdeen. Our midfield can be extremely lightweight when Aguiar plays, and if we stand off them like we can do I'd be very worried. What majorly pissed me off was the attitude going to Easter Road that we'd pump the bitters again just cause of the Cup semi-final. That said though, it's amazing to be in this position. I still, however maintain the view that this was our season for the SPL, and as great a rollercoaster ride as following Hearts always is, even 2nd considering our start is a disappointment.

Rumour has it that Terry Butcher may be coming down here to replace Pierre Littbarski at Sydney FC. I'm aware of his history as a player, but don't have a clue about him as a manager. (would like us to avoid the good player, mediocre coach mistake this time) Is he any good??? as a tactician, as a motivator?? Do his teams play good lookin/attractive football?? And most importantly is there any chance of him actually leaving or is it just baseless Aust. media speculation .
