I think we'll be seeing a fair few . . . Unreal 3 looks amazing on PC, as does Alan Wake. (I think, made by same people who did Max Payne) Chronicles of Riddick looks far better on PC. (Shader 2.0++ and a high res, you need basically 7800GTX to get decent framerates) I think we'll see many PC games that are better looking . . . the limitations on PC can be overcome by forcing people into low-quality mode, and saving high-quality/AA/AF/high-res modes for people with top graphics cards or up-to-date PC's.
If you've ever seen the ATi/nVidia demonstration stuff (Nalu/Ruby etc.), they are incredible, really push the graphics to the limit. I was playing FarCry earlier today too, appreciated how nice it looks. If only I had a 7800/x850 to play with HDR mode . . .
