I've been trying to make players make more shots with "inside part of the foot" (I don't know how to call it.. it's like finess shot), without success so far too.

Try to change this value for the ball physics:
ContextEffectBallXZSpin= effect horizontal of the ball
ContextEffectBallYSpin= effect vertical of the ball
ContextEffectBallHeight= height of the ball after the shot
ContextEffectBallYVelocity= speed with which the ball falls
ContextEffectTrapBallSpin= When a player stuffing the ball effect
ContextEffectTrapBallBounce=When a player stuffing the ball bounce
Increasing these values the effect applies more quickly! Example: 3,0 ----> 4,0 ecc
