drogba go to valencia and go to barcelona vidic is normal, the problem is the amount of transfers involving these great players, just untying identification of these great players from their club and everything is very mixed.
some other transfers that have happened that detracts from the identification of the player with the club. players are high-powered identification with the club to rossi for example go to Juventus of Turin would be very improvalvel.

I agree, in my Nani went to Napoli, Vidic was unhappy at United and went to Barcelona, Sneijder to Man City( That one could happen). Some are abit unrealistic
I edited the teams database and reduced the big budget teams to lower values Real Madrid (£50m), Barcelona (£45m), Inter (£35m), Man U (£35m), and every one else over £30m was set to £30m to enforce UEFA financial fair play. And I set Arsenal to £15m because they are a selling club. 
I simmed the first window, and pretty much identical moves happened (Sagna -> to City), (Modric -> Man Utd), and (Lavezzi -> Chelsea).
I think the transfer logic code proper needs some tweaking. Anyone have a clue how to edit that?

I have tested it, using the Career Mode editor, edit the file "transfer". decreases the probability of transfers between countries. I think it has decreased in some transfers, but has yet to place lower values ​​to decrease considerably. or do not know if it was just psychological I have felt better. I tried there and see if you notice any difference!
