I can't imagine Lukaku going to Wolfsburg. I agree that KDB could have been a starter for us but Mou doesn't seem to want that sort of playmaker which I personally think is a big mistake but he'd know better than I do.

I agree that Kiyotake has been poor this season but he was brilliant last season and I still like him.

Man, Lewy is going to score so many goals this year. He's had 3 good chances, ruining two for himself with a bad touch/decisions and making a great shot out of a difficult situation. It's just a matter of time.

I guess this is what happens when you combine arguably the best two players in the WC. Robben skins Gustavo way too easily and Muller gives it just enough to put it in.

And Robben takes the ball off Guilavogui, starting a break with Lewy and Muller which ends with a great Lewy pass which Robben ultimately scores from. Arnold on for Hunt for Wolfcastle.

WTF?! Great cross from Arnold that finds Malanda behind the defense. He hits it, Neuer manages it to get it to the bar and it bounces behind him for Malanda who is alone and he somehow hits it wide. Wolfsburg are on top and Pep has taken off Lewy for Rode. I like Rode and would love to not have him rot on the bench but I do wonder how Pep is going to use him.

After a quiet half KDB has stepped up so far while Knoche has looked brilliant.

Rode! Just came on and he scores. Hope this earns him some minutes.

EDIT: Wait, no, goal rules out for a non-existent offside from Muller who is deemed to be interfering with play (but he wasn´t offside anyway). Shame for Rode since it marked his first goal in I dunno how long.

Rode with a great pass to leave Robben 1 on and one and he hits the post. I really hope he gets the shot to replace Kroos because he's certainly capable of doing it (although certainly not at Kroos' level).

Best Bayern player was Malanda hands down. What a miss. Lewy is not gonna score a lick if he keeps squandering chances like today.

Good to get the first under the belt but we were far from convincing.
