Great win tonite.We easily could have scored at least 2 more if not for their keeper who had a blinder.Louis Saha was my man of the match,rightfully doing the things he should do,getting himself into the crunch.Celtic scored with their only 2 solid oppurtunities.First was really poor concentration by Rio and second was a sublime freekick.Ole Solskjaer is back with his long awaited Champions League goal,who would have thought he would ever do that again.Tragically we lost both Park and Giggs,3 months and 3 weeks respectively.This will pose trouble for us but we need to adjust and adapt.Arsenal is up next,roll on sunday!

Yeah, Saha arguably had the best game ever for United. Like he said, he could have easily had 2 hat-tricks and that's not an exaggeration. Too bad that one strike that he volleyed from the edge of the box in the first half just went a little over the bar, it was something. All in all, he really showed why losing Ruud might actually be better for us. Louis would come all the way back sometimes, dig the ball back for us and run full speed at defenders causing **** loads of problems, plus he could take shots from anywhere. Great game to watch, i was so confident that we would win it, that even when Venneggor of Hesselink scored the first goal, i still knew that we will be definieitly back in it. It was a perfect evening for all those United fans that made the trip to Old Trafford especially.

man giggs was the reason we had that momentum in EPL i hope we can push on. these are the options on the wings we have:
richardson-ronaldo
ronaldo-fletcher

evra-ronaldo

most likely be ronaldo and fletcher.

I have a feeling the formation will almost be the same as against Celtic, only Ronaldo will be replacing Fletcher and Ole Giggs. It is a pity to lose Park and Giggs on the same day, but let's hope that Rooney gets his form on time

Giggs and Park gone for 3 months, but to be honest, not too worried.
We never expected to be injury-free all season.. especially Giggs..

ronaldo - scholes - Carrick - Ole

Evra can also played wing. That aint bad, admittedly Carrick would need to sit deeper and do a bit more defending, but still beats OShea - Carrick pairing in the center of the park.

And Smith is coming back, so we'll have the backup striker that Ole played while recovering match fitness.

Hopefully they will all be up for it against Arsenal, and our defense don't leak weak goals.

i don't think he dived. it definitely wasn't a penalty but it didn't really look like he was trying to get a penalty did it?

Why did he fall over then? He took a tumble. If it wasn't a dive he should of stayed on his feet. He also wouldn't of injured himself.
