They are certainly not permanent but for a few seasons maximum, reading between the lines it's clear that Tevez wants to play for a topteam in England but right now settles for West Ham to get used to the league and English football but I wouldn't be surprised if he signs for one of the top three within 2 years and the same goes for Mascherano.
By permanent, i dont mean for life. I mean not a loan deal. West Ham have acquired these players and while they are still MSI property, West Ham is the only club theyre tied to

And if MSI, or whoever is trying to buy their team have their way, Tevez and Mascherano will stay because they will be on a top 4 team in a season or two anyway

With Villa, Pompey, Spurs and WHU all looking on the up, its up to Man U and Arsenal to keep up and im not sure they can

United are not far away, it's just they need quality renforcements. With two or three players the squad will be strong enough. I think perhaps the changes need to be made in the boardroom - because whatever the reason, United have screwed up this transfer window bigtime.

they are loan deals,,in other words the 2 players can leave west ham at any time as they are just registered for west ham but owned by MSI thats why they went to west ham as none of the big clubs would acceot that

So when the inevitable dutch auction starts next summer, West Ham won't see a penny of the exorbitant fee MSI will demand (and probably get from Chelski)

It's a sad and dark day for football, these type of stories are more and more frequent now and IMO something needs to be done.

Also I'm coming to the awful conclusion that the management of Man Utd is now made up of mindless puppets whose strings are being pulled by Uncle Malcolm. Either that or they're Homer Simpson stupid.

I dont see how this is stupid of the board in regards to this transfer. If you read what i put earlier about the deal being agreed a few months back and they pulled out, because they didn't want to be tied up with all the complications...

If I were the Arsenal board and I was offered that, I'd reject. Arsenal nor Man Utd are selling clubs and we are not to be used as a shop window for any bigger club. West Ham have sold out, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE! VOTE COMMUNIST!

Just read that Saha's anckles were really swollen after the game and that he can't play against Italy on wednesday.
He will go for a scan in the hospital tomorrow to see if there is a fracture :o :nape:

**** that msi shudn't be allowed to own the two players in the first place. this needs to be stamped out. and i sincerely hope that our scouts haven't ****ed up big time on this, just like they did with henry and essien. we need a favour from uncle malcolm to make some changes in the management department for transfers, and if he is pulling the strings then that is really ****ed.

we had the chance to snap essien up when he was a younster, but after he gave a trial he wasn't called back and he went to lyon. ah well its all useless now.so lets say javier mascherano has a good season at west ham this season and proves that he can play in the epl, and decides he wants to go to manutd, and we agree the fee and he signs, now after we sign him for a descent enuf amount, will MSi **** off or will they still stick around and own him?

You cant predict how players are going to develop, for all you know he could of broken his leg in training or met a girl and given up football.

Henry got 16 goals in his first season. Not bad for a new player.

OK brace yourselves guys, I've just read this on a Dutch football website, there was an interview with David f*ckin Gill on BBC5 Live about the transfer situation.
It seems that Mascherano wanted to play for ManUtd so he was offered at the beginning of the summer for a high amount, ManUtd declined the offer.
Last week he was presented again for a loan, Gill said that he was a good player but ManUtd really didn't need him and that he wasn't necessary for the team :o :nape: The scouts saw him a few times and told the board that he it was not necessary.
That was for Mascherano the reason to sign for West Ham.
David Gill knows sh*te about football WTF what an idiot :kader:

Yes, because we will be the ones paying for the player transfer, not MSI paying for transfer and giving us the players.
