I think finally everyone is seeing that Ricardo is the biggest flop in the history of portuguese football, i hope the media REALLY start pressing Scolari about this issue cause we need a decent GK in the WC, otherwise i can't see sucess for our NT... :rolleyes:

That's true. I don't see him play every week. My cable company only has SIC so I never get to see superliga games. :(

I'm just judging Ricardo based on NT games. Let's be thankfull we have Carvalho and Andrade. As for the media pressuring Scolari, you know it's not going to work. He will do whatever he wants and as long as we keep winning, we really can't complain.

It's not that i don't like Scolari, i like what he's doing with our NT, doing a great job with the players he have, the problem is some calls that he makes that are pathetic, and it looks like he makes that choices only with the purpose of annoying people that are against it. He's "casmurro".

You have to admit that some call ups are excellent. Moutinho is a pleasant surprise for me. I also hope to see Manuel Fernandes take over for Maniche one day.

Yes, it was good that he called Moutinho, but still, keeping Maniche/Costinha or Ricardo makes us forget about the 'good' call ups...

Maniche and Costinha should continue being called because we can't have a team only with young material. we need a balanced team with experience too.

Why not?! Honestly, they were utter crap at Porto last year, when a player is bad during a whole year Scolari should never call him, specially when we have so much better options in Manuel Fernandes, Moutinho or João Alves.

I don't know how they're playing in Russia, but i highly doubt that Scolari knows too, besides, Dinamo isn't doing a very good job are they?

Just because they did a good job in Euro doesn't mean they should have permanent places in the team, that's a big mistake.
