Leganes was about to knock madrid out of the cup last season (or maybe 2 season ago, I don't remember), so you better use your starters.

If big teams don't score soon in this games, they always have problems.

yeah, it was last season ;) Madrid was winning 2-0, and Leganes scored 3 goals in the second half. Solari tied the game in the 89th and Raul scored the winner at OT (117'). Madrid won 4-3.

Garcia Remon has give some rest to Raúl, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos and Michel Salgado, so our line-up would be:

Cesar
Arbeola (i hope! Mejia sucks), Helguera, Samuel, R. Bravo
Figo, Celades (Zidane), Guti, Zidane (Solari)
Owen, Morientes

There's no way that Figo and Zidane play, especially considering their age and their recent injuries.

Helguera may get the day off too, considering he plays in every single match.

oh, you're right ;) Figo and Zizou didn't play in the WC qualifiers, but they were injured recently :(

i hope Helguera will play this game... because the Pavon-Samuel duo doesn't look good to me

the bench would be:
Diego López (GK)
Mejía
Figo
Zidane
Alex Pérez
Barral
Soldado
Helguera

ESPN won't broadcast the R. Madrid vs Leganés game to LatinAmerica :f***: they will show Barcelona vs Gramanet instead :-puke:
