Wrong faces

Thanks, Wolf, great job, indeed !!!

As I previously mentionned in another post, some players (and some famous ones !) have wrong faces. Some with white-skinned faces have the #161 face instead of theirs. And the same problem occured for the other skin colors.
This seems to be caused by the use of out-of-date versions of EditPes4OptionFile, which didn't allow to assign faces with greater number than 161 to players. This problem has been solved by Yannick and it is now very easy to change the face numbers to their right values with EditPes4OptionFile (v. 0.92) in the Players > Physical Settings menu. It's even easier with the in-game editor by setting the face to its default values ("standard").

Here is the list of players having wrong faces (and the right face numbers) :

I'm sorry, but the thing about Frank Lampard is that he IS very consistent. He almost never plays a poor game, so I don't really understand how you can say that he is very on and off.

Very nice patch Wolf

Was just wondering about the AC milan squad. I see that Maldini is listed as CBT/CBW and his area of play is only in front of goal. I think he plays LB (left back) in real life but i'm not sure though

Same with Cafu I think. His area of play is missing on the RB side.

I only listed above (all) the players who have their real face in the game, i.e. famous players, but a lot of other (unknown) players also have that damn #161 face.

I can't list them all, there are too much. But as I said before, it's quite easy to remove the #161 face from those players in the in-game editor. What I suggest is to go to the edit menu each time you find a player with that face. In the "face" editor, you can change the settings to their default values and the #161 face will be gone.

Do the same for the other colors, as you may also find a strange amount of #18 faces (color 4) and #36 (color 3). I don't know for color 2.

By the way, I forgot
Van Hooijdonk : think his face should be #36, color 3
Kahn : #31, color 1.

Im not going to use this patch if abilities stay like this, I think the default database is more realistic. Top players are way too good in this patch and regular players have loads of special abilities too, but Ronaldinho for example is so underrated.

wolf any chance of just a option file for people who dont want updated stats as some of them are bonkers tbh,wayne bridge hasnt played a game hardly this year and now his stats have rocketed whereas john terry who has played every game stats have decreased,mediocre players have far too many special abilities,also john o'shea stats are way too high

pls think about a stat update free option file for us who dont want updated stats
