No man, it takes way, way too long even using the fastest method of importing and exporting using WEditor. If you want to do it using WEdiitor go ahead but the problem is that every time an official gameplay patch from Konami came out you'd have to redo it because obviously they're not theo nes releasing the no-CD patches.
Also, I have a bit of an aversion to the no-CD patches with this game. I know it's convenient but Konami are one company I don't wanna see get ripped off and 95% of no-CD patch users haven't got the original game.
The best thing to do is just use the pes3.exe that came with the patch once along with the new option file. Play the game once so data is written to the data_e.afs and then replace the pes3.exe with a no-CD pes.exe file. Retain the new option file obviously. Everything will be the same except for in edit mode but given we've included the WEditor in thep atch to make any transfer updates you want anyway if you're using this method, it's not too difficult.

I've got announcers using the wrong team names (even though they appear correct when I go into edit mode) but other than that everything is fantastic. I'm sure the team names are something I'm doing wrong and I'll sort it out.

Okay, if you're editing team names as Wolf explained, some of the team names just aren't in the game, so you're not doing anything wrong if they're not all there. The first two I tried to find weren't there and I thought I hadn't copied a file over, but I wound up finding quite a few of the names.
Some of those new unis are just incredible.

I looked about importing teams on the cracked exe and i'm sure you need to import every single players of the game (after importing the team for having the good team name,strategy...)
It takes a long time to do that you know, hundred of players...
originaly i want to do this for having the team i want: marseille at the defaut team in master league.

From original exe to cracked.exe
i tried this to make the wolf/andy patch exe cracked :
1) exporting players with weditor of the wolf/andy modified exe
2)importing these one on the cracked (not patched) exe one by one
...but infortunately i think weditor is buggy because it fails to save the modified exe properly and go back to desktop (it happens to me mainy times)

The .exe puts the correct squads into place when you go into edit mode in the game. The squads will be just fine when yo play exhibition/cups/leagues/ML etc. but they'll look messed up in the edit mode like nothing has changed. You can play fine with just the option file by itself.

Wolf, so if I understand you correctly, we could use the latest .exe from Konami and just change the team names manually in edit mode to match the options file? Thanks.

Yes. PAY FOR THE GAME and then you can run it once like Wolf said.

Yeah, I'm a little loathed to go out of my way to help people play the game if they haven't bought it. I want to support Konami so they bring us PES4 on the PC rather than putting it down as a financial waste of time. If everybody d/l's it then what's the point of Konami spending money on making another PC port? The game is dirt cheap and for the best soccer game ever in existence, to be honest I'd have paid $100 for it.

so wolf if i have the latest patch installed if i replace my exe with yours i lose the patch rite?? so any way to get the correct lineup in the edit mode manually....i just want to do that for manu and a few other teams in the epl...so plzzz let me know if it is possible and if so how....thanx!! btw gr8 to c your new site....much easier to download your stuff now...and it's quicker coz i can use my download manager now..gr8 work!!
