How many times are they going to play honduras, jamaica, and other no name teams...with all due respect to these countries, US games are boring cuz they only play CRAPPY TEAMS (expect Mexico). US needs to play teams from OUTSIDE the North and Central America. Play SA teams, or African Teams..or SOMETHING. Im glad they played Poland, but geez....theres got to be better teams they can play:kader:

All teams in the world play weaker teams. It is just a way for the US to try out new players and tactics and to warm up for more important games. I would go as far as to saying playing Honduras is better than playing Brazil because it gives the players a chance to play together something most of the first team hasn't done in a couple of months.

When did ESPN decide to start picking and choosing which friendlies to show?

Anyways, I'd put this line-up on the field:

GK: Howard

LB: Convey
CB: Bocanegra
CB: Gibbs
RB: Sanneh

LM: Beasley
CM: Reyna
CM: Armas
RM: Mathis

LF: Donovan
RF: McBride

That looks decent, but I would put Casey in the spot of McBride. I might even put Johnny Walker in goal too. That guy is class.

I just wish he would go to England to play. I am sure the announcers would come up with a bunch of cool jokes.

Hopefully its a good game and not some boring game like the Mexico-US game which was a bore for most of the match...

Anywayz I expect the US to win by atleast 2-0...

I really want to see us play England to. I know they have a better team than us but it would still be interesting to watch IMO...

I would rather have Armas in there. The back line looks pretty good though doesn't it?

Guevara will be in the game for Honduras. Good for him.

Guevara has captained Honduras for a couple years now. He was integral when they beat us 3-2 at RFK.

Yeah, cause the US is at a completely different level, I mean, we're talking, world-class, first level soccer here my friends, several world cups under its belt, outstanding participations in international tournaments such as the Copa America, world-class players in the biggest clubs in the world, excellent soccer TV coverage, and an expectacular domestic league that thrives in popularity put the US well above anyone else in the CONCACAF.

I know theyre not, but there are more than 5 countries out there, challenge yourself, quit trying to make your team look good.
