Yes you do, what would your leagues be without, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Zanetti, Dida, Pizarro, Solano, Roberto Carlos, JP Angel, Kaka, Ailton amongst many others... better not sell them we can keep em here... our soccer is at the same if not a better level than yours.. but not as glamourous...
You know that there are other good players, which aren't from south america?

And all your leagues will suck even more cause they'll get in debt because they can't sell their good players to European teams
Not necessairly if Brazilian clubs get actual good management... Oh, yes, I must stop dreaming:kader: .

Of course there are... What I said is that your leagues in Europe without the imports will suck... I did not say they only come from South America

They won't suck, I think some leagues (for an example the german Bundesliga) could get better, we have some good young players, but they don't play.

I love this idea because money won't be the only thing needed to make a good football club. It would obviously strengthen many leagues ( French, Dutch, etc ) and weaken others (the premiership lol). Another good thing this does is it puts a lot to emphasis on the youth team level so teams like Chelsea have to worry about creating talent other then buy it. The European cups will have more meaning with it being like a mini worldcup. Money will still be part but won't be as important as it is now.

I would actually increase it to 5 raised in youth team and 5 from country and I would also add that atleast 5 of them must play over half the number of games the team plays (theur are acceptions like injuries and stuff)

I think this rule sucks. What it is going to do is make the European national teams stronger while hurting the rest of the world. They have the right to do that, but I personally don't like it.

Honestly, if I was English or Italian, I would probably like it because their national teams will benefit. However, this is just going to make it harder for Americans to play abroad, so I don't like it because people from my country will have an even smaller chance of getting to play in Europe.

south american leagues always have great young players coming through......

i believe that young italians/spaniards etc dont get the same opportunities as they often have to play in second or even third division teams with lower standard coaches no matter how good they are (with a few exeptions, the players coming through big club youth systems)

when you see italian clubs full of argentines and czechs and brazillians and serbs and nigerians, you have to wonder if the NT suffers because of it
