What do you mean? How do you follow Beckham if you say that? What about that freekick against Real in 4-3 win. Or the very very latest one against Everton in the last game of the season. That was definetly the best goal i have seen, too bad i only saw it just yesterday. Found it on internet. And Beckham scored a couple of other freekick thorugh out the season for England and United. Infact he scored 3 or 4 more freekick then Harte this season. So Harte is nothing compared to Beckham.

Sweet!!!!!!!! Amazing page! Ruud's goal for PSV tops!!!!! Definetly everybody should have a look at it! Especially those who say that Ruud van Nistelrooy never scores from outside of the box! Simply amazing goal. Everybody have a look at it and those Hooijdunk goals are very very nice too!!!! Got anymore sites? Lol, Hooijdunk's goal against Juventus! The funny part is Buffon kicking the net in the karate style! Lol he almost slipped there.

carlos sucks as free kick taker, he has power but no accuracy, he just blasts it and hopes it goes towards the goal, Zidane should be the one taking the kicks near the box for Madrid. I think Figo has scored more free kicks for Madrid this year than Carlos, and Carlos takes 90% of them....

The thing is, Van Hooikdonk puts them in the top corner. No keeper in the world is able to reach most of them that go in.

why does rcarlos even TAKE free kicks for Rmadrid? He must score them alot on the practice pitch or something for bosque to keep him on after making like 1/100...

Yeh, that was a good free kick against Freiburg. But most players would have chosen to cross in that situation, but that's the greedy man that hooijdonk is....

But seriously, could he replicate what Beckham scored against Everton on the last day of the season? I don't think anyone has THAT ability.
Does anybody have the actual stats for how many free kicks these ladz have got so far in their career??

I read in a dutch football magazin that van hooijdonk scored way more freekicks in his carreer than Beckham, (offcourse) Roberto Carlos, Mihalovic, etc

I tried to search the article but I couldn't find it...but believe he scored more...

if it was beckham you would of said , hes the only player in the World who can do that.......dont hate on the man for being a deadly with his freekicks....and i wouldnt be suprised if hooijdonk scored more freekicks that beckham in his career....although he is older , i think

yep...it's just that not many people see van Hooijdonk play...

but don't get me wrong...beckham is a way better player...dispite he plays on a other position..only van Hooijdonk is a better freekick taker..

Yeah, hus "Beckham doesnt score Free kicks anymore" thing was way out of line....BUT, comparing Beckham to Harte this year is silly...Harte hasnt played nearly as many games, AND at Leeds wouldnt get nearly as many opportunities ;)

i) this forum isnt English. There are aobut as many Australian mods as any nations suprisingly, but seriously, if youhave seen Roberto Carlos take some freekicks then you'd realise that whilst his ones that go in, are probably the most freakish goals in the world...He jsut doesnt do it often enough
