man some of you English guys are relentless, do you guys even watch the game or just stare at the screen looking for a potential dive  there hasn't been anymore play acting in this game than any other so far in the WC (anyhow, Ricardo got kneed in the thigh, take your asshole goggles off and watch the reply again)

btw, I saw Crouch go down a couple times yesterday like he was as light as a feather, but I guess you guys must have missed that..

Or you actually admit that you have a lot of players that dive for no reason or they lose the ball, even ricardo is on the play acting within the first 10 minutes.

And Crouch diving? Show me video, it would a hilarious sight. :)

Angola just needs more experience in Europe, because they have the power and pace to get something out of this match, but tactics wise isn't good enough. The african teams are getting better and better though, and surely in the future they will get far in the WC

I'm going to phone Scolari right now for him to tell the players they can't fall, even if they are tackled because Callum doesn't like it.

what a moron.

I didn't see Crouch, but I did see Joe Cole blatantly dive three times. Every dive followed a long act of pain and injury. So the critisism is pretty hypocritical.

i think we sympatize with the smaller national teams much more often, like ecuador's draw and ivory coast's great play against argentina, but actually teams like argentina or portugal at this game are much more superior and really knows what to do with the ball. its joy to watch them. and its interesting, other than argentina and brazil, the remaining are all european teams.

Pereira Joao Ricardo is without the club for about a year and he still trains every day so he can play for Angola...and he is 34(or 36) :chew:

Not exactly, i would say that after the first goal Portugal, kind of, made the error that Argentina did on the second half, they are letting Angola play freely(except that Angola isn't Ivory Coast and Portugal isn't just defending) however this made the match more entertaining, now it just went down, but Angola isn't giving up.

Okocha - Martins - Yakubu certainl would have connected had they been there.....but alas it's Angola and they didn't do **** on offense.

Portugal's performance was the most pathetic of all the winners so far. Also, after the opener the rest of the games are sucking...Mexico was exciting and yesterday's ARG-CIV match was ok, but the players have not lived up to the hype.

Wow, what a game by Angola!! I am really impressed by the courage and will they put into the game :rockman: Their defense looked rock solid and unfortunately their forwards were too isolated to create any dangerous plays. Had Drogba played for the IC, who knows what could have happened. The game should have ended in a tie, but Portugal took their chances. Portugal? I was really disappointed that with all the stars they have, they couldn't do something better. Again, the big teams are looking quite nervous in their first games. England, Sweden, Germany, Argentina, and now Portugal
