I made a theme similar to fip, and put the art resources required by R11 into it, such as logo and face. Then put different resources required by fip into other themes, so that we can switch the corresponding images when we switch themes with FIP Theme Manager. We can even put different years of jerseys in different folders, so that we can switch with one click.

It seems that we can use the fip teamkits list with the DB of F11, and it doesn't affect the career mode. After a few edits to DB, we might be able to change kits every year just like in real life.We can extract the required kit files and DB from the previous patch.Most importantly, these operations seem to have no effect on career mode.
what about collar types? I understand the values are stored in DB, would to be updated automatically too?

Simply replace the data in the teamkit list for the team with the New Jersey. The collar style matches the number, name, and color. And it has no effect on career patterns. I'm trying to replace all the FIFA14 jerseys.
Although the workload will be a little bit bigger, I think we can achieve every year's career mode to wear the real jersey of that year.

I completed the database adaptation editing of the jersey of the 11/12 season, and the shirt file FIFA12 was exported.
According to my current idea, every season as long as the files of that year are overwritten year after year, you can replace the jersey every season. If you want to restart a new career mode game, you only need to delete the relevant folder and copy the same folder of the backup 10/11 season. If a team does not have New Jersey resources in the new season, they will continue to use the previous season's jersey to avoid travel errors.
If you are interested in these, I can upload the processed documents related to the 11/12 season. What needs to be done now is to apply the same steps to the 12/13 jersey.

In theory, it should be. The method is universal. Based on the teamkit list in the initial database, the corresponding jersey file for the new season is selected according to the team ID in it. Then the data of the team that replaced the jersey in the new season's teamkit list is copied and replaced in the original teamkit list. If the team does not have a New Jersey, it will not be operated.
