Yer obviously i allready knew that but what i ment was that Textures can not be imported using CM09 with theese stadiums i click save then click refresh and they have gone back to original status.

Well mates after spending some hard time (for me who don´t have any experience in stadium editing) i did it, i removed that annoying turf mesh from the o file and the stadium looks fantastic in 08 and it will look great in 09, just look at this:

This stadium is not mine, unfortunetly i don´t know who tha author is, maybe someone in FIFA CZ.

PS just a couple of questions: Do you convert PES stads and can u make stadium floodlights?

Funny thing you said it, actually i´m testing a floodlights tutorial and making floodlights for some stadiums; as for the PES conversion matter, i tried it with Estadio Nacional Jamor (portuguese), but i couldn´t finish it becuase it was not made with Rhino. I converted several playgrounds from 06 and i´m really really trying to convert the EA EURO 2004 stadiums, especially Estadio Municipal de Braga.

davidmende it would be awesome if you could change the floodlights in all the stadiums, it was done for fifa 2008 and it totally improved the aspect of the game, it would be so great if you could make the floodlights of the UEFA Champions League game.

Agreed, make floodlights for as many stadiums as possible, but the ones I'd like seen done as a priority are the Premiership (of course).

So far i have made two stadiums floodlights, but they are typical squared english stadiums with floodlights towers in the corners, but other playgrounds have their lights in their main stands and even working with Fifa 08 LightWorker is really hard to point the right positions of the bulbs so if anyone here knows a better way or other tool to speed this up, please let me know.

ps. I know that in EA have a better and fast way to figure this out.

It´s Estadio Municipal de Braga, i got this file from someone here in the forums sometime ago, it´s in .3ds format if someone wants it and it´s up to the task to finish the conversion process to .o file just write.
