You were close in making it up, just not close enough.

As far as the league goes, it is Portuguese, not German - the subject of this thread is German.

Im however going to see the game against Chivas tonight at Red Bull arena, and going to meet Badstuber and Shaqiri in the City tomorrow at the bowery. :)

Ossy Alonso happened.

Alonso went in on some Bayern player -- I forget which, I was barely paying attention -- and Pep lost his mind, he was screaming at the MLS bench and raising all kinds of hell. Caleb Porter, the MLS All Star coach, kind of sheepishly shrugged. Later in the match another MLS player (Will Johnson, maybe?) got stuck in and Pep and Tom Starke simultaneously exploded. After the match Bayern's staff just walked off.

Porter actually views Pep as a hero and talks about him all the time.
