another option would be trying to get some details from jor1980 about what he had for the new converter...

But it's probably more likely that Ludo would help us here

I'm 99% secure that both, FIFA11 and 12 coordinates systems are equal, but the main structure of the FIFA12 file is diferent, and due to it, we can not use Cyber Faces to write into FIFA12 faces

actually rinaldo has made a 11 to 12 convertor going with the CM6, it 's being has some bug like "position", we can manually cover it.

Yes. but you need a script called "Shape Key transfer" to capture the points of face created on FGModeller and translate to original fifa file. And this process is slower than same process in 3DS Max.

I don't know if it's possible, but can't we use other modelshapes? When a person looks like another starheadplayer, it would be more accurate to use that player. ;)

Try it. the the worst that can happen is facegen return an error. :) but i think yes

Provided that the desired model is converted to facegen, it could work

The problem with hairs is not facegen or model problem...

We should edit hairs with blender!!!

See mate, the FaceGen 3.5 is not as accurate as 3.1 in "Shaping" face with Photofit, so I recommend you to use FaceGen 3.1.
Also in FaceGen3.5 you need to copy the csam file (downloades) in the folder "C:/USER/Appdata/Roaming/FaceGen/Modeller3/ModelSets/" in order to be able to select FIFA model set
