http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,16368,1778_5514054,00.html
But it has been blown out of proportion. It basically said that he expected to play in the Community Shield, SAF wanted more from him and left him out, Ando's has accepted it and wants to stay.....
Anderson vows to fight for place
Anderson is happy to remain at Manchester United despite admitting his frustration at his lack of first-team action at Old Trafford.
The Brazilian midfielder's only start came in last week's defeat by Burnley while he is reported to have clashed with Sir Alex Ferguson after being left out of the team for the Community Shield meeting with Chelsea earlier this month.
Anderson told the Daily Mail: "I believed that I would play in the Community Shield but that is forgotten now.
"I thought that, without Cristiano Ronaldo around, I could to play more and that has been my challenge from pre-season onwards.
"But the coach decides the teams and to discuss this with him is foolish because he is the chief. I do not want to leave United. No.
"Sir Alex Ferguson has demanded a bigger effort from me and I accept that. Because to get into this United team is very complicated and difficult for any player."
seriously, Fergie could release Anderson's immense talent towards a free role in the attack instead of keeping him so tied up in midfield.cfdemarco;2724990 said:He will get even fewer chances once Hargreaves is back.

In Porto he was used as a pure AM, featuring a lot down the wings and behind the striker, so I think he could be a good alternative for your offensive line.
It's true that his game matured a lot under the Sir Alex and he can be a good assett holding up the midfield but his raw skill is truly directed at making a mess out of the opponent's defense.
my 2 cents, I'd just hate to see the kid's abillity being wasted.

two season ago
United 0 - Reading 0
United 1 - Portsmouth 1
United 0 - City 1
last season
United 1 - Newcastle 1
United 1 - Portmouth 0
United 1 - Liverpool 2
it was not better at all.
If you don't Believe in United and Sir Alex, don't dare to call yourself United Fans.

We actually have a very deep midfield-
Nani
Valencia
Anderson
Carrick
Scholes
Park
Giggs
Hargreaves
Tosic (what ever happened to him?)
Oberton, whenever he comes back?
Tawalkana;2725223 said:You are clueless. Sure Manure gets bad starts but they don't lose to Burnley... You are trying to compare a loss to Citeh and Pool to Burnley. Seriously you need to wake up. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Manure finishes 6th this year. Missing your number one goal scorer and SAF actually thinks Rooney and company can pick up the missing goals from Ronaldo and Tevez. Let me know when he comes back from his delusional state. He might need to go get an attacking midfielder to play a 4-1-2-1-2 instead of the traditional 4-4-2. Look at your CM's, (Carrick, Scholes, Anderson, Fletcher, Gibson, Hargreaves) Not a one will come close to 10 goals. I would also be surprised if any of them actually got 5.

I also like how you're suggesting we should play 4-5-1 instead of 4-4-2 when apparently we need more goals. Surely a formation with 2 strikers is more attack minded than a formation with 1?
Oh and one more thing, Tevez scored 5 league goals last season. It won't be hard to replace his tally.

thetrooper37;2725269 said:^ I know you can score goals in a 4-5-1. There IS a reason why a lot of managers bring in an extra striker if they're losing a game though.
And the result may have been skewed but you can also say that we could've beat Birmingham with a score line of 4-1. The fact is, we scored 5 goals.
Either way, I just found it absurd that Tawalkana is putting us in 6th place...what a joke. You can't seriously believe that Ronaldo is the difference of 6 places.
btw, why does it matter what minute the goal is scored in? 5 goals went in, that's what matters. I couldn't care less if they only came in the first half or in the second.
Tawalkana;2725283 said:I never said you would finish in 6th. I said I wouldn't be surprised if you Manure finished in 6th. You might actually want to read what I stated and not make **** up. BTW its not just Ronaldo but Tevez and aging Midfield in Scholes, Giggs, and not to mention the little progression of Nani and Anderson. Anderson hasn't progressed better then Fletcher nor IMO has Nani progressed further then Park which is sad in itself.
Manchester Doesn't have the attacking threats to play a Counter Attacking and offensive game. MU needs to focus more on possession and holding onto the ball and finding chances.
I'm just assuming here based on your words though... Its seems you think Valencia, Obertan, and Owen can replace Ronaldo and Tevez? You trying to make me laugh or you just have that much stupidity and blind faith in SAF?
