I highly doubt this is $ido's case. He has said to me since three months ago he would share a trophy, that was ready long time ago, with me(saying he would do it every week) and after waiting and waiting, he doesn't answer to my messages anymore, he simply doesn't like to share anything at all.

yes svence you can rename it as you want when the structure is the same you dont have the right to youse this building, because evryone knows it is not Rupton Park it is Upton park. that is enough to get you.... So long as you do it only for yourself and your friends it is ok, but when you upload it on an hoster and this hoster earns money with advertising or something else and maybe you get also money for clicks at your page....then it is possible that you get post from this department that you must delete your file or have to pay for it..... Believe me thats the truth . It is not nly stadium editing the whole editing area is in a grey zone of legal or illegal.
And in Germany it is very very hard with this legal.

This is bad, but I`m sure that I`m not earn money from that at all. If mediafire or anywhere else I upload the stadiums or if someone else earn money from that, what is the problem for me? Than all this fu.kers from the clubs, to go to this persons which earn money! And the structure is not like the real Upton park(and the other stadiums). There is nothing outside in my stadiums. How thay will prove that this is their precious stadiums?!

So I think that no one can stop me to continue with making stadiums and share all of them for free with whoever I want! All peoples which get my stadiums are my friends! So what?

You are doing nothing wrong at all - until somebody tells you otherwise I hope that you will continue with your great work. You are not making stadiums for a profit you are releasing them as freeware. Trust me, there is no legal issue.

Carrick you are wrong with your opinion.. Watch at the page that i have posted it is german page but unde the part from west ham what i have posted there you will find a list of things for what this is protected nearly all is prohibited....trust me....
It will be one mail to west ham or to premier league and i swear you it is finished this stadium....but this is not what we want.

How old are you carrick? And where did you get from your knowledge of your opinion ? You only want your stadium and now you are frighten that svence could stop his work, nothing more.....

It is not legal, this brand is protected all over the world.... it must be protected all over the world because west ham earn money with his brand all over the world.no one can do anything with this name or emblem or something other without paying a fee to west ham.

Maybe $ido got no time for finishing his trophy because he has a real life and sometimes he must go to work or something else has changed in his life..... dont know if you all go to school only.... we are mens that must work and this here is only freetime.

It is pretty wise not to make generalisations, especially as for countries and people !

Having studied in three (3) European countries during the last decade, I can though ensure you that the term "FREEDOM" has lost its sense in Germany for a long time ago.

And this is really unfair to German people and all the immigrants who live in this glorius country...

Exactly, What's stopping Sido from giving you a stadium, as a private friend, and then you release it as your own work on your own BFL TEAM page?

Would the local German lawyers want to seek access to Sido's CPU for proof of sending you a stadium to Bulgaria?

Yeh sure, that's easier. But German law, nor U.S. law for that matter; doesn't apply in Australia.

Also, if there is a problem with patents being that strongly enforced; then why would Sido risk posting screens of a stadium to a public forum where it is known that other people are posting links to other stadiums for download? If a stadium is only for personal use among a small group of friends (define small!), then why publicize anything?

When i were $ido and read this shit here over the last pages i would close this thread and publishing nothing again.
He shared his material with all his real friends, $ido and me we have an big archive in our dropbox folder there we share 3d models, textures and a lot of other things and when he said he would do something for me and other persons then he do this....
but when he read such a shit here in the last few years then i would also decide to publishing nothing.

he worked on an stadium switcher or the solution with the buggy ea clones...when we dont get this to work we all can stop with editing stadiums....
so calm down all people....let him do his work and when we find the solution all people will be happy.

I will rember you guys who has publishing the fixed crowd. lua for revolution mode? and Who has fixed this crowd.lua so some people can use it without rev mode?

We're not upset with Sido making fairly useful tools for the community; he has received plaudits and thanks for that from everyone here.

It's just that we fail to see the point of him releasing screens of stadiums if he never intends to release them; or as you guys are saying, he is legally forbidden from releasing stadiums. If Sido is just a tool-maker to revolutionize stadium-making in FIFA then he should just do that. He shouldn't post screens of stadiums that he will never (be able to) release.

If he is legally constrained to not produce individual stadiums/trophies/faces; and all of this is due to licensing/patent issues in Germany, he shouldn't be building anything nor offering to help with individual stadiums/trophies/faces.

You have to seperate the work sido is doing making tools for stadiums in general with his limited ability in producing/releasing individual stadiums, poli.

so calm down and go to your friend BFL he will do your upton park......My upton park is ready since a long time ago and it is great to play in this great stadium, but i never will release this stadium.
One of my friends Mr Iron did this stadium for pes and i get the 3d file from him, no one else got this files. So i have realize it for me and my friends with all parts in 3d.
