Yeah, I've noticed having seen about 4-5 of their games so far. I thought the ref did a pretty good job yesterday though, he didn't fall for anything. I doubt we'll pass now but I'm a pessimist so what else would I say. Obviously this tournament is at a whole other level but we've been able to get back from deficits similar to this one in la liguilla in the league so I'll hope for something similar on Thursday.

Probably for whoever who wins it, will have to play against either a team of Africa, Asia, Saprissa or Oceania, before playing against an European team since the Champions League winner and the Libertadores winner go to the semi-final directly. But for Lugano it's Real Madrid, Juventus and Inter who want him. But it seems that he will be brought in to Juventus after all. He could be the best Central Defender in South America in a few years......awesome player.

Diogo plays better in the midfield attacking than actually defending. He did well today...but all of River was off.

What a horrible final if it was to be Sao Pablo vs. Atl. Paranaense. Sao Pablo would mop the floor with them.

still, they are by far the best team in south/central/north america.

A Brazilian team beating an Argentinian team at Argentina. Been some time already, i guess the last time that happened was at La Bombonera, when Paysandu beat Boca. Good job São Paulo, but the final wont be easy, i'm sure. Atlético-PR beat Santos and i dont see why they wouldnt do it against São Paulo. That if they got through Chivas today.

Atletico Paranaense won't beat Sao Paulo... unless they get lucky and get a good goal difference at baixada... I think Guadalajara is better than Atletico and I hope they'll go through and beat the bambis... damn they're too cocky because of the titles they won in 92 and 93 (which were the last important titles for them until they won the paulista this year...)
The only problem with Guadalajara winning is that maybe brazilian tv wouldn't show Liverpool vs. them... so if Atletico wins it's fine... or if Sao Paulo loses to the Oceania side........

I had a little ilussion in winning Sao Paulo and go to the finals...

But, when they socred their first goal in the beggining...that was it...

Sao Paulo was better in both of the games...they played very good...

We need to start making a ballance of this year...i think we played worst than last year.

I think Astrada is one of our top ten idols, but i think he should start chaging some things...i hope they dont fire him, becouse that would be a step back..IMO
