haha, you should have heard my reaction when I saw that score at work on my phone, I let out a big "FUCK" but since I work in the back, no one noticed. :D I was pretty nervous but then we went on a tear and won pretty comfortably. Let's just hope we don't make it this difficult next week in Tempe.

Oh yeah, respect to the Badgers, I see that they beat Michigan. I bet Shifty is pretty happy about that. :p

We play VT next week (Y)

Can't wait (H) win, lose ... either way ... couches will burn.

We're 4-0 right now and playing pretty well. It will be a good game. Even if VT win they won't blow us out. And we have a pretty decent chance of causing an upset.

Louisville getting assraped by USF is yet another sign that the Big Least doesn't deserve an automatic BCS spot. True, that was a conference game, but the Cardinals were allegedly the strongest team that particular loop could come up with, while the Bulls are still trying to build something (they've had football only since 1997). And just to make sure, I wouldn't be suprised if Va Tech hangs a 50 spot on White Trash State (aka West Virginia).

And on another totally unrelated note: Congratulations go out to UCF, who finally broke their losing streak by beating Marshall.

For Oregon to win they shoul've been up like 28-0, no chance at all when I say the score was 13-10 for Oregon to win. I wasn't suprised the scored all those points with Oregon just watching them...

Florida had a good win. 4-0 :rockman:

HAHAHAHA!!! Ice? Care to respond?

YEAH BABY!! MUCK FICHIGAN!! I had a friend from high school who went to Michigan and 10 seconds after we went up 16-13 I called him to brag. 10 seconds after Michigan went up 20-13 on a flea flicker my phone rang, and then I just went CRAZY after we scored the final TD. He didn't answer his phone at all and still hasn't called me back (H)

Arizona State is up 21-3 on USC at halftime! Come on #1 Stunna University, beat those overrated, poorly coached, pansies!

Wisconsin won again, we're 5-0 and visit the always dangerous Northwestern next week. It's awesome to be at a school with a top football program and it's even cooler since we have a top basketball program too.

I wouldn't say Wiscy is a top program, you contend every few years tho. Texas is probably the closest thing to being a top program in both sports.

38-28 (H)

Didn't get to see the game since I was working but when I saw the halftime score on my cell phone, I nearly shit my pants. I know we were down at Oregon last week at the half but not by that much and they weren't beating us down like ASU was. Good thing The President and LenDale came through, their the best 1-2 combo in the country and they proved it today. We can't keep this up though, I shudder at the thought of us falling behind to Notre Dame like this in a couple of weeks, that may be something we might not be able to come back from.

Let me break it down for all those who are thinking upset...

USC will not, I reapeat again...will not lose to Wies' domers. Don't matter how many Super Bowls you have, there is just no way of stopping all this...

Matt Leinart, Heisman candidate.
Reggie Bush, Heisman candidate.
Landale White, Heisman candidate.

...and don't forget Dwayne Jarrett, Steve Smith, Patrick Turner, ect.

I just don't see it happening, Notre Dame is possible thinking...

- we're at home
- their defense is vunerable

but on the other side, what is their D gonna do to stop USC's attack? Thier tallest defender is 5'11'' so why wouldn't USC just burry them with high passes to Jarrett (6'5" w/ a huge wingspand & vertical jump). There are so many things telling me this is ganna be a blowout by the late 3rd Quater...

"UPSET?" pffff, riiiight.

You're like the guy on Boondock Saints who always says all that s*it before Willem Defoe shows up and makes him look like an idiot by proving he is wrong. Stop will all this "there is no way" crap, yes there is a way, there always is a way, upsets happen.

It seems like every week you make some stupid prediction like this and then it turns out completely different. I'm not saying that it will be like that for this game but seriously you should just stop with these type of posts they are annoying and pointless.

I don't care what happens and I don't want you to come back here with a bunch of "I told you so" s*it if USC wins because I couldn't care less. The purpose of this reply is to tell you to stop with the pointless "this will happen 100%" posts.

I guarantee a Notre Dame victory. Leinhart = OVER RATED. Bush is hobbled, White isn't even as good as Lawrence Maroney (who was stopped by Penn State and Wisconsin in recent history). USC is just not that good and if you think your defense isn't vulnerable (even more so than ND's) you are just wrong. USC has lost so many defenders to the NFL that you just aren't the same defensive team as you have been in the past. Also it's pretty evident that you're missing Norm Chow.

When all is said and done three things will be evident:

1) Brady Quinn is the best QB in college football
2) Jeff Samardziasdhfkdaskj is the best reciever in this game
3) Charlie Weis is a much better coach than Pete Carroll (although that is already pretty obvious)

Well then I guess it's "your" guarantee against "mine". How is Leinhart "over rated" according to you? Clearly he could have been the #1 pick last year, so if he's "over rated" tell me...who's gonna be the #1 pick this year???? ha, wise guy!

I've seen Maroney, yeah he's the real deal and probably has the best chance to overtake Bush as the #1 RB in the Draft (sorry, I'm always thinking draft...) yeah he's been stopped before, but did you see what he did against Michigan, Purdue in "recent" history? I heard the announcer saying that he'd gained like 10-15 pounds to prepare for his final year (JR.) obviously he know what's waiting for him next year, NFL...BUT better than Bush? Nah, no can do.

Bush is like a more atletic & faster "Marshall Faulk", it all depends on which team gets the 1st pick but why would you pass on a guy like Reggie Bush?

Bah! Steaua, I make my living off betting on sports down in Tijuana...and yes I would probably post after the game, but I would probably not say "ha, I told you so", I would've given my review of the game, but anyways...

later.
