Interested in doing some more National Team Kits?

aaah, my mistake, i'm so used to the 07 templates where short and long sleeves are always next to each other, didn't see that.

I forgot too... Had the kit finished and screwed up the size of the stripes at the end of the kit... it took me far longer than it should have to fix it.

You know what it's like when you think you're finished and did a good job. then you realized you totally F'ed something up? it's so hard to fix the mistake and finish the job.

I also wanted to post these cause I LOVE this team too. Gotta respect the great game they gave the U.S.

I doubt they use their away kit. ever... maybe the red on yellow or green on yellow... which ever looks best I assume.

wow, grenada is colourful... there seems to be an away kit because there is a yellow and a green shirt on your pictures.

with all the different colors i didn't even notice i was posting two different kits. Sorry sometimes more sleep is needed b4 posting kits.

I pretty much spent all day on this... I think it looks about as good as it can in game.

I had never heard of squadra and couldn't find their logo anywhere on the net so I made that logo... Incidentally it is a little larger than it probably should be.

This is the first kit i've made using the DiMuratti template with socks by "huz" as august sent me... This converted to '06 very nicely and I love those socks... I have to tell ya i've fallen in love with this template already. Thanks a ton for sending it to me August.

You're right it doesn't fit. Which really pisses me off... Why does EA have to make ALL numbers so damn huge and why can't they be positioned lower on the kit... There is room enough if you use the right font but it has to interfere with the design...

Anyway, I'm gonna use that kit without numbers cause it doesnt look right squished up above the giganto EA fonts.

those un-movable numbers are especially annoying on the front. kits like cuba or bahrain would look much more realistic if they also had the numbers on the right place (i also left them away)

Home is red with white shorts. Flag is what’s on the front. To be honest, I’m not too impressed with this team’s kits. The ones from ISP are much more slick looking

I guess I can do this one... The ISP design Idea is a good one but I hate how bright those kits are it just feels very unrealistic... I'll go ahead and make a St. Kitts and Nevis and see how it turns out.

hmm... those isp kits of st kitts are fantasy, also not very realistic ones (he just put a flag on a white template, looks a bit like my (first) guam kit

I gave it a shot... obviously I had to guess on the front of the away.

I assume it would be similar to what the home was. This kit is probably a little darker than it should be but i think it will help make the red part of the flag show up in-game.

very good. i don't think the away is too dark but it's too dark to use black as contrast. so i think it would be better if "st kitts &" would be white, and the line around the flag, too.

Hey I was reading up on Herzegovina's history a little... The article i read said that Herzog stands for Duke in German? (i think your first language is german to be honest it's been a long day and i forget)... how would you pronounce Herzegovina in German then? and what would it translate to?

It always kind of intrigied me that an entire nation can look at a map and call it one thing... another nation something else... I had no clue wtf Deutschland was the first time I heard it.

Was just curious if you guys called it anything else. Thanks.

That's right, "Herzog" is the german word for "duke", but we also call Herzegovina "Herzegovina", i didn't even know that "Herzegovina" comes from "Herzog" to be honest. Mostly because i didn't expect a relationship since herzegovina has never been german. It's most probable that the slavic word for "duke" is similar to the german word herzog.

when I am putting kits in my thread i realize that almost every country has a different name in english. often it's just small, useless differences like surinam/suriname, ruanda/rwanda or gabun/gabon.

i have a book about countries and they are listed in alphabetical order, but in their own languages. it's tough to find some countries like "Al-Misr", "Zhongguo", "Urdunn", "Taehan-Min'guk", "Suomi" or "Hrvatska" (just to name the best known countries).

As i understand it the guy who took control of it in the 1300's send a document to (i dunno who) but it was in german... he called himself Herzog of Saint Sava... (don't ask me what that means)...
