I agree. Saha has been pure class since he made the move. They've now got 5 goals between them in the league in just 2 games.

Let's just hope that the defence sorts itself out.

Scholes, Beckham, Ferdinand, Gerrard, Campbell, Owen and G Neville are the untouchables for Sven who will always be picked if they are fit.

Sven said that in an interview.

O'Shea: We won't miss Rio
Manchester United will not miss Rio Ferdinand during the England star's eight-month suspension for missing a drugs test. That is the verdict of John O'Shea, who believes Sir Alex Ferguson can cope without Ferdinand. O'Shea believes Wes Brown, who has returned after eight months out injured, will ensure United do not miss Ferdinand. "It just so happened that Rio's situation coincided with Wes coming back to full fitness," O'Shea said. "So I don't think we'll miss Rio as much as people think."

-taken from man utd.what the papers say.

i think o'shea is a bit cracked.
no one except might stam can replace rio.
and wes brown?

O'Shea lad, we miss him :(

maybe brown is short of confidence, and had less reserve matches than solskjaer, who was out for a shorter time than him, maybe, fergie should let brown have some reserves game like shokz said, and play either p. neville or keano in defence

i read that david gill has urged united fans not to rally against magnier, which would make the situation more unstable.

P Neville/Fortune----------O'Shea/Keane----------Silvestre----------G Neville

and we'll introduce Wes Brown slowly into the first-team. I don't think height is that big a problem, most teams would struggle to deal with Duncan Ferguson in aerial battles. But Brown's reading of the game was awful and he showed little composure in the back line, he never seems to have enough time on or off the ball. No doubt he's capable of better, so maybe we should slowly re-introduce him to action and give him some time to bed in rather than throw him in the deep end. Keane can also play in the central defence too. Phil can also play at left-back. I don't think Phil can play in central midfield now that we are playing 4-4-2 Scholes, Butt, Eric Djemba Djemba or Kleberson can easily take Keane and Phil place in central midfield too.

its good that fergie bought an upfront with ruud,we needed some1 to give him company upfront, and saha was a good and cheap(not very expensive) decision. however we still need a defender replacing rio.wes brown is not of good quality.

Well if you look at it:
Keane is 32/33 - Kleberson will replace him
Giggs is 30 - Robben will replace him (hppefully)
Scholes is 29 - Cristiano will replace him as AM - i reckon
Fletcher will eventually end up in CM - i reckon

Leaves RM free for Joaquin!!

If that does happen, that will a hell of a line-up. But we still need somemorehome-grown players other than Fletcher. Someone from England, some one like Eagles or Richardson.
