So it seems that every team has a ball assigned to it when it plays homegames......
Now that I am certain that the 2 Greek teams in the game use the EA ball,I am going to have to go through many others to see if any of them have the Fevernova assigned to them...........
If anyone has a PC with DVD-Rom, please pop the ps2 disc in and
look under the files for the greek teams....it will save me a lot of time...having to constantly load up a new game with each single team!!!!!
Oh yeah.....it doesn't matter which mode your in.....

re : make wall jump
You press triangle to make the wall jump. Also bit of extra info that no-one has mentioned in this forum is to hold down R1 whilst taking a throw-in - speeds it up (esp.handy against human player)

cheers il try that r1 when taking a throw in, no one has mentioned that before.
Anybody who is still having trouble with crosses, you may find it usefull to press X to select the player in the box, before trying to score it. You will never score if he is not selected! and quite often when im playing the person the ball goes to is not automatically selected!!
Dont forfet to make them run ahead of theeir marking defender with L1 also!!

I'm still waiting with eagerness and now a bit of anger to get my copy from EA Canada. They said they would send it out ont he release date, and sending an email back, they sent it out this Tuesday FedEx. It's Friday now, and FedEx only takes three days to get to the location.
It's really funny that EA UK got my PC version one day after the release, whereas I'm waiting almost two weeks after to get the PS2 copy from Canada--I bet they didn't even send it yet--Bastards.

A few questions
I have a few questions for you FIFA veterans, I have only been playing 2003 on PS2 a couple days.
1. How do you score from corners?
2. When I cross to in front of goal, it seems like the computer usually hits is automatically, how do I control what the receiving player does?
3. How do you perform overhead kicks and volley shots (esp. from throw ins)?
4. I seem to miss goal a lot, what it the best way to fix this?
5. Is there a way to chip the ball over the keeper when he charges?

Hi, most of the Q's your asking are answered in this thread,look on the previous pages.
About the volleying from throw-ins, it's not possible because the ball is thrown to your knees,therefore too low to volley.What you can do is before the ball comes to you,press the X button many times and the player will do a quick "volleylike" pass to another player in the direction you are pressing. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know how to get routine goalkicks to make it at least over the half-line...even with Barthez or Kahn I can't get it that far!!!!

really cool! I got a pass on zidane's wrong foot and he hit it from about 20 out and it like bounced 3-4 times before it hit the back of the net,it wasn't that powerful but the 3rd bounce made the ball go over the goalies hand,I really wanted to take a pic of each bounce but my batteries in my digicamera died,I'll recharge them and hopefully a same type of goal will come along!!!!!

Dont know if you notice this or not, i have the ps2 version and i dont know what button you use for the pc version.
But if you change your camera to dynamtik - sideline or whats its name dont relly know cas im playing the swedish verison and the name is dynamisk - sidlinje.
When you use that camara end press L2 or R2 when you shoting
you can see the boll curving : )
Start using it today and guys i have made some very nice goals : )
Just one thing you have to have some good players like Zidane or Riquelme. Did one curve shot from like 45 m whit Riqulme : )
The camera relly make it easyer for shoting and the crossboll.
Just try to use it and you will see : )

I know he has good shots with both his feet, but I meant with the foot he is weaker with.................it is a medical fact that no human has equal power in both lower extremities,you can trust me on this,I didn't study medschool for nothing!
