Man, that double play at the end of the game was great, I love the playoffs. Yankees are out and it looks like the Angels will be joining them pretty soon.

I would love to mention that both Yanks and Halos MADE the play offs unlike your team (If your team was Giants, Padres or wahtever)/ Only the fact that im from B'klyn and i don't feel like disrespecting the once time almighty Dodgers. Man that team should be back where it belongs: Downtown Brooklyn...... And since we talking bring the Giants back too.

I never knew Ronnifan was a White Sox fan, it's almost like he's proving to be a bandwagon fan despite trying to disprove it since he's joined the forums. I didn't know the Padres morphed into the White Sox after they were eliminated, but apparantly they did.

By the way, the White Sox rotation is garbage. Buehrle, Garcia, and Contreras have NEVER lived up to their talent/hype and Garland was exposed as absolute trash in the second half of the season. The Astros are the ones you should be worshipping, Pettite, Clemens, and Oswalt is the best 1-2-3 in baseball since Maddux, Glavine, and Smoltz.

Garcia and Buehrle has been pretty consistants. Yeah, not great but at least they have been there.

Yeah call me a follower or juts a homer only for the fact that a venezuelan is the manager, but i do believe that the White Sox can win the world series.

Astros can't hit and the don't have a great defensive team either, and believe it can be done. Plus they have home field advantaje.

Pfft, who needs the playoffs when you could stay home and relax looking ahead to next season. You can take the Giants if you want though, we wouldn't miss them.

Oh man, I just knew nothing good was going to come out of Pujols' AB against Lidge. He absolutely crushed that hanging slider and I would not count out St. Louis just yet; granted, having to beat Oswalt and Clemens back-to-back is damn tough but you never know. Hopefully they'll be able to bounce back, especially Lidge, something like that can really fuck up your confidence.

That slider was packed up to the stars. Absolutely a bullet. Just thinking that Lidge was ne strike away from the world series and he blew it, that must really make him have nightmares.
